Initiation Phase
Initial Consultation and Estimate
Our team will meet with you to go over your contemplated renovation. We will discuss your wish and needs lists as well as discussing your budget.
Based on our meeting, we will come up with a high-level rough budget to ensure your scope of work aligns with your budget.
Design and Quotation Phase
Design, Drawings, and Quotation
Our in-house designer will meet on-site to take measurements of the existing spaces you want renovated to produce a conceptual design.
Once the concept designs are complete, a set of comprehensive construction drawings will be created which can be used to create an accurate set of specifications and pricing.
Our estimator will use the approved construction drawings and specifications to accurately quote the project.
Contract Phase
Contract and Permits
After the design drawings and pricing has been approved, we will enter into a Contract including scheduling a start date for your project.
If your project requires a permit, the permit package will be created and submitted to the appropriate Authorities Having Jurisdiction to obtain any permits or approvals for your project.
Construction Phase
Construction and Project Management
Construction will have its own schedule and phases. During construction, our dedicated team will be available for any questions and to ensure your project stays on time and on budget.
At the end of construction, you and our team will do a full walk-through of the project and confirm all tasks are complete.
After-Care Phase
Aftercare
We are confident in our craftsmanship, which is why we offer after-care on all our jobs once the project is complete.
